I have not had Papa Romanos in years and decide to give a try since this location is not too far from house. What a pleasant surprise! I ordered d square drop dish and it was fantastic. I know it's a franchise but these guys are doing things right. Nice and friendly service too. Good job!!
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and wanted some good Detroit pizza. Had it delivered to the hotel. Pretty quick delivery for a Saturday night! Pizza was amazing!
Ordered pizza from here for a small birthday party. Ordered it an hour ahead of time to make sure it would be done (6 pizzas) ordered different toppings on all the pizzas. They we're ready on time (actually 5 minutes early) the pizzas were hot and ready ( no pun intended) and the price was good ($20 less than competitors based on toppings and quantities) pizzas were yummy. Would highly recommend
This location and their staff were nothing short of amazing. I ordered food on a particularly busy night. Their communication was amazing ( I have worked in customer service for over 20 years) I received a phone call that my order may take longer than anticipated ! Communication communication! Is key.) They were literally maybe 10-15 minutes past the anticipated time and my order was delivered by the most polite gentleman. I called the location to give them a huge compliment (and possibly steal the delivery person because of his excellent customer service) only to find out that because they were so busy, the actual OWNER delivered my food!!!! Talk about leading by example. Moving forward, this is my number one pick for my family and our business events . Hats off to you all. Thank you.
I have ordered more than 1 time from Papa Romano's on Walton in Auburn Hills. Their service is excellent and their pizza is excellent also. They are very friendly. A lot of the surrounding area that have pizza don't taste like pizza. But this "Papa Romano's" is so delicious. Thank you for the good food.
Online ordering was easy. I arrived 8 minutes after I requested my pickup time and my order wasn't ready yet. The music was loud, which wasn't an issue until the employee (who was really friendly!) tried asking me a question and I struggled to hear them as they were wearing a mask and the music was loud. Everything was DELICIOUS!!
After speaking with my attorney it seems that I can't sue this place for making a pizza so good that I ate almost the whole damn thing and could hardly breathe for the next 2 hours from being so full. Ordered the large square Garbage Can with the intent of eating 2 pieces and then having 8 more leftover for other meals. That plan went straight to hell after the first piece. This stuff is good. Really good. So good that I was praying for death after finishing slice number 7. There are still 3 in the box and they're taunting me. They know if I eat another bite I'll pop but yet they torment me. This place serves up little slices of delicious assholes. If, like me, self control isn't something you possess, order from a less awesome place.
While staying in Auburn Hills ordered this for dinner while at hotel. Naomi was great in helping place my order. She helped walking me through menu and even helped make my order a combo type so it saved me money. Order was thin crust meat lovers. Great toppings and tasty sauce. Delivery was with 30-40 minutes.
